ATLAS Pixel nSQP

The ATLAS Pixel
nSQP (new Services Quarter Panels) project consists of reproducing the
Pixel services with few key changes that would add long-term reliability
to the operation of the Pixel Detector: the current on-detector
optoboards will be replaced by a newly developed electrical readout, and
new optoboards will be located at ID End-Plate, facilitating their
service. A full set of new
services will be manufactured and possibly installed on the Pixel
detector during the next long LHC shutdown (2013/14). The coordination
role, mechanical support and quality assurance are project aspects where
DT staff is involved. Current DT staff
